Jon Starks Properties develops and sells homes, vacation residences, and investment property along Panama's Pacific coast.
We're a small, hands-on team that knows these towns intimately — the builders, the notaries, the surf, and the seasons. We focus on Pedasí, Playa Venao, and Cañas because we believe in them enough to build here ourselves.
Our job is to make owning on this coast feel simple and safe, whether you're a family looking for a second home, a remote professional relocating, or an investor positioning early in an emerging market.
